Isn't ARCA the one that lets you buy OTCBB in pre-market trading? And E*Trade Pro says you can use it from 8AM onward.

Has anyone ever successfully bought one of those lame 'pre-opening bell alerts' using ARCA in premarket trading and sold into the opening surge?

Tuff to say, that's something we as buyers have little control over, it's their mms and how quick they react. Either way, if we buy at alert, no worries, sit back and let the best Marketing firm for stocks do their thing. I think this promo could go well into September..
