DRMS want CGI to use an amendment if they wish to address all conditions at once. It said that in the follow up letter to CGI from Wally. Not sure if that's been posted anywhere yet.
Also, it said that DRMS want them to space out the TR's if they go that route. I'm curious as to how much time is adequate between technical revisions before DRMS says they need to do a permit amendment.
