I think you are right, LJ. Most of the items that the DRMS asked for was information. And a good bit of that was simply recalculation of data that was submitted already.
The big question is about the information from CS regarding the snow load. That has to come from Clear Span.
Dangle a purchase order in front of them and see how fast they answer that question!!
The footing details are next in complexity and time needed to answer. I think that will require coordination between CS and Piésold.
And the financing seems to be already in place. Kuni reminded me last night that in the last PR about the pay down for the POW mortgage, there was a mention about the same financing being available for this and other items needed to complete the restart.
Now it is just a race with the weather.

Let's see what happens in the next few days.
