I was trying to look back on exactly when Peter Hayes sent what additional info was needed on weblink when you posted me. I found one letter dated July 18th from Peter to Wally (pg132). So thats about 23 days ago, counting weekends.

Just seems like to recaculate slop stability models, cohesion values for the berm, clearspan surcharge loads on the beams,blah blah blah shouldn't take too long and might be as easy as just pluging in different numbers on a spread sheet to recalculate what they need. IMO we could be going from a permit, limited in nature, to fully permitted in less than a couple of weeks from now?!?

I think things could go from an idel to full throttle very quickly IMO
