I started trading BCCI last winter when it was coming off a compensated stock tout campaign. It was a good trading vehicle, it fit my criteria for quick, low dollar, low percentage, high probability flips. It doesn't work quite as well anymore, and you definitely have to stand off when PRs start coming out of the company, because the bid gets hit hard during those periods.

I also was spending a lot of time in Tampa then, and got to watch them re-model and open the Gandy Blvd. store, and was a customer for a while. The product was alright. But if I want cheap, there is a Shell station across the street. If I want upscale there is a Starbucks less than 400 feet away. The girls working there were real nice. And that's why I'm torqued that these jerks are stiff arming them when it comes to payroll. I've run and owned businesses myself. And there were times when I literally did not have a dime to spend on myself or for the wife and kids. But dammit, we always made payroll! If you can't make payroll, you are insolvent.

So far as Fountain Hills goes, I ain't got any reason to go to Phoenix this summer! Plenty of heat without having to go find any.
