I am not disputing that taxes may have been due. My point is that there is a settlement. I also don't blame Obama and WA state for BCCI taxes due however neither agency is that friendly to business. I am sure the company will make the payments when they are due. Noone is dumb enough to walk away from a growing franchise when you have a settlement.

Let's not prejudge the financial reports. I believe the quarterly report is due on 8-15.

BTW - How is Fountain Hills doing?
