Pre-R/S 1:400. so there was only like 300,000 + in the O/S at that time.

May 14th they did the R/S and it is finally getting recognized, great company, lots of production starting and insiders own 75% of the O/S

they have also been buying VIA form 4's the past two days big time!

Probably from the R/S never go by these values. They are a false indicator of value but a good red flag. This usually means that a company has a history of R/S. Make that money and get out when satisfied. Don't get too greedy
