I've noticed there's a lot of companies in the OTC that regularly drag their feet when it comes to releasing their financials & current share structure to the public.

USEI - release their quarterly's ahead of schedule with no unexpected surprises. Most importantly, USEI had no share structure changes. IMO - This is a very good sign..

With USEI's 7/30 PR I would highly anticipate more PR releases are in the works over the next couple of weeks!
