You always look to the positive:) There are at minimum 11 major platforms that were not tested by Katrina, so why do i assume they are going to be fine.
To all those that were tested many were damaged meaning they could stand less this time.Their stress handling abilities being already partially sapped---a crack here and a crack there in anchoring columns.
The repair work had hardly begun.
Just fulfilling my balancing your glass is half-full to my glass is half empty make-up:)
I ask why is NG so high, because Katrina proved NG rigs get taken out easy--Apache lost something like 34.
