They aren't being sued YET. Let's not have semantics interfere with reality here. There is a law firm doing an investigation, but that doesn't translate into a law suit at this juncture. And I appreciate you bringing up this scenario since the current share price now reflects any shaky investor sentiment (due to this "investigation") and remains stable despite it. My belief is that the investigation will yield nothing of import, and anything that does arise will be squashed by Knight's legal team. It's only up from here IMO.
