Not a secured deal in that PR as you state. It says completes "Agreement," an agreement is a far cry from secured deal, epsecially when there is an unnamed source providing the financing. Just as MIKP was twisting words in the PR, so are you by using the term secured deal. I am not here to defend the past which we all know is filled with dilution and false promises. I am simply looking at the material steps that have been taken by MIKP since Q1 as can be seen by the filings. Not sure what the Q2 will bring, but it will show substantial debt reduction and share reduction. Always a good thing, and if revenues are part of that picture even better. GL
