have to establish the following:
1) Build an injection molding system capable of forming full-size projectile bodies
2) Develop technology for processing 4340 sheet material into shaped liners
3) Establish an alloy melting facility
4) Develop post-processing operations and quality control
This work is expected to be completed in 3 QRT 2012
