That is the only logical explanation, the stock is been promoted and
the inside buyer (investor) who bought shares at .0006 might be
selling at .004 and of course the company as you mentioned.

The CEO has sold 5 million shares. I firmly believe that we should
be told wether he sold it on the open market or not.

What was the bid that CGAQ made on the property?

How many individuals own apartments ? The first press release
on this subject made mention of 100, but in reading the OLD
APPRAISER we know the whole unit consists of 184 plus.

Who would make an offer ( unless it's a ridiculous low one ) in
such a BIG DEAL without first making an independent appraisal.?

God only knows I would like to see this stock soar ( My wife has
kept her shares. why I asked? in case there is a PUMP
she responded.) but without realistic and honest news this stocks
PPs is not going to move much. I still see .000's before it starts to
go up again.
