PsD, The material I reviewed indicated that there is 192 Condos of which 100 are sold and the Resort has 184 rooms to offer.
If a recent post is referring to the property we are bidding on, it is apparently an estate deal and the beneficiary is anxious to dispose of the property.
Regardless of the amount the "000" deal actually went through for it could not be part of any sales currently since the shares were restricted.
The information concerning the actual sale price (bid) is not available to the general public until the deal is consummated.
The deal will not be finalized until the property has a current appraisal indicating the value in today's market.
We never know what tomorrow brings, but if all goes according to plan I don't think we shall see triple zeros any time in the immediate future for CGAQ. PB
