GVRP/MAMG: I just spoke with George Close...
he said Michael Banyas, in West Palm Beach, is investigating GVRP/MAMG... he said to call Mr. Banyas at 561-837-5054 instead of calling Mr. Close himself. Mr. Close is out of the loop beyond the info from phone calls he has received. Very friendly person, mind you. He said that the SEC may or may not have contacted Florida--he believes they only started investigating within the last four or five weeks, after a complaint came in. His view is that this will take a very long time to work out, e.g., if Florida determines that Media Magic should do something different with shares, he would expect that Media Magic would file a lawsuit, saying that the company already tried by doing the Class A/B structure thing. Then the appeals, and so on....
Anyhow, would the people who know the most about this situation... SSP, joby, Mr. Bill, & others I haven't yet thought of, please contact Mr. Banyas with all the details?
