So, you don't think it's necessary that an accurate schedule 3.1a be filed in BK cases of this magnitude? I do. Just what was the purpose of bringing in PJ Solomon in the first place? There doesn't seem to be any benefit gained from having them on the dole in this case...at least not to the estate. Admittedly, it benefited PJ Solomon. Just my opinion.
