Just speculating here but looking at some of the more recent news like this :
"Following our recent reorganization under the COREwafer Industries umbrella, our international outlook is now trending upward as shown by our projections with MDT and other Asia-Pacific customers." States Lt. General Thomas P. Stafford ret., Chairman of WAFR, "Introductions are being made throughout the technical community, and we are beginning to show technology companies just how powerful and how extensible the product line supplied by COREwafer Industries can be. Relationships built from within our board of directors continue to bear fruit and as I continue to serve as chairman throughout this two-year period, we will endeavor to introduce this technology to as many large and small technology companies as possible. With financing, and a track record of success, I believe that investors, employees, and shareholders of COREwafer Industries will be proud of this company for many years to come."

About COREwafer Industries, Inc.

I read also that the Expedited Logistics branch was expanding which is good. Perhaps they don't need the deal with Agilent just a thought. Time will tell

Well kid/s
There may not have been or may not be any number of things

Then again there may be much more
Will be nice to see the fins, to see his much money they actually earned w the products they're .not selling and the merger which may not have happened

Sure, sure, they might have gone through the expense n trouble of a name n symbol change and through the vetting process someone like General Stafford would put them through before signing his name to the deal
But probably not

And General Stafford could be lying when he's quoted in a recent PR stating he believes everyone will proud of WAFR

But probably NOT

It appears to me that either APII/WAFR biz associates/third party promoters/free share holders are either fully aware that there is no siginificant revenue, the merger has not happened or have simply lost faith in their own ability to wooo/fool less experienced investors into buying shares.
Any serious investor has long determined that Polistena's ceredentials/ability to turn around 2 provend failed companies is totally non-existent. Add to that the fact that others involved have a loooong and verifiable history of pink sheet losers and,,,,,,,well you get the picture.... Dog
