NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire -01/24/12)- Action Products International, Inc. (Pinksheets: APII.PK - News) subsidiary, Core Wafer Systems, has announced the roll-out of the upgrade to their PDQ-WLR product line, which was designed specifically for Agilent Technologies (A) Parametric Testers.

"Roll-out" - definition: Launch or introduce a new product

So, in JANUARY CWS announced its "roll-out" of the upgrade to PDQ-WLR, "designed specifically for Agilent Technologies (A) Parametric Testers."

Have you been to Agilent's website lately? They don't appear to be selling CWS products nor most of the equipment that once used CWS software.

SO, okay, there's a whole bunch of Agilent testers out in wafer manufacturing land (1500 or so?). Are the manufacturers buying the upgrades? "Roll-out" doesn't mean it was READY to sell in January, but surely it's ready by NOW, in AUGUST...

Or not.

'Course, if CWS does have any real business and IF the merger hasn't actually happened (This is not opinion, kids, just the observation that there is no evidence that the merger has happened), then there may not BE a merger, like, ever.

I can hardly wait to see the Q2. It'll be like Christmas Morning. Yes, Virginia, there IS a Santa Claus…and I have ocean front property in NM to sell you if you're interested?

"Incroyable!"
