If you consider this the news we have been waiting for then yes it is early but this isn't the news we expected. It is nothing more than a delay tactic to keep people on board. It's not HUGE otherwise we wouldn't be under a buck and still no volume. End of August we get what we waiting for. This doesnt mention anything about the "Summit" that happened 2 months ago. Wait and see Is all we got.
