Given the apparent patent status (and, assuming that Mr. Romesburg retains some sort of license-it would be foolish of him to imply it if he didn't)it appears to me that GRPS may be unable to monetize their patent position by actually developing a product for sale.
The Panama location might be nothing more than a desire to avoid onerous taxation/regulation in the U.S. Very interesting. Thanks.
