I use Scottrade and have bought MIKP on four occasions without a problem. I can send you a referral if you want. ;)

Someone posted etard could trade it. Someone posted they were having some trouble with TD.

I personally use optionsxpress. No problem trading pennies. Also I think it's a flat rate up to 1 million shares. Not completely sure though
