Was the Option Agreement updated May 28, 2012 SEDAR

The original Option Agreement was signed May 20, 2011 The July 18th Company News Release indicated an extension of the Agreement to May 20,2013....nowhere do I see the date May 28, 2012 written but in today's News Release to Barrick Gold Corp

Can anyone give some light on this ...hate to see us forward information to Barrick that "May" have an error in the body of the letter ...reminds me of King County court documents !!
