Not sure Mide, i still would not pin my hat on the contract. And I would not group them with typical customers that the company is hoping to sell to, nor is the flight data package, or whatever it is, one of their typical products they're hoping to sell. But if you want to call it a first step I agree.
Been through years of this so I'm not getting excited until a real airship contract is obtained.
