No- I don't think so, usually the ownership, and registration of the severs is the key to there being a link. On top of that, most all of the pennypic sisters are redirecting to Victorystocks right now, so not only does that one have different ownership, it also doesn't redirect to Victorystocks.
So I would have to say that is bad info being posted over there.
