This has to STOP immediately and I just think that in my own head if I were MSX and had the dirt on abx at LAW, I would tell the regulators to pound salt and nitrates from abx's claims and put out the news hard and fast and watch a huge folding at various angles
When the press become aware of this along with the public,
TSX, BCSC, OSC, and whomever else in the regulating world MUST put the strangle hold on abx or you just tell them, hey, if you do nothing now, you will be in court yourself for protecting the lyers at abx
I do like what Tibby illuded to regarding many organizations have been notified who invest in barrick and hopefully I and all other investors along with You will soon have a smile on our faces as we watch abx fold at law because I do believe they at abx will be able to buy more time here or there I also believe they are running short of options to keep their head breathing pieces (nose and mouth) above water
