I am fairly confident that it is the same Evan Kaye. The way I look at it, much like Therapy, anything the owners are involved in outside of Inca takes away from their time and personal finances. Both ventures may very well be a good thing for them, but in the end I own shares of Inca and so far it certainly hasn't benefited me whatsoever!! Not to mention that little lawsuit going on at Therapy.
