I noticed that after I posted my reply, you had also posted an earlier reply on this issue. My reply is a little more technical and probably much more confusing than your explanation. We are saying the same things in different ways, but yours is much easier to follow. Perhaps your explanation will help those who I might thoroughly confuse on this matter LOL.

Count/Ron: Thanks for your comments. At least now I understand why the NOL amount was shown as a reduction in the cash flow computation.
