I was just thinking about you yesterday, because it was only two years ago that we had our special emergency brainstorming meeting at your resort in Vermont, remember? We were really going to save this company, but I guess all of our hopes for EFFC didn't quite pan out, eh?

What do you think -- were they just lying to us the whole time? If so, why did they go to all that trouble?
