I had a friend that had an infected computer and I threw everything I had at it and the only thing that cleaned it was Hitman Pro. You can download it and run it, if it finds something you then activate it and run it again and it is free for 30 days after you active it, after that it is something like $20 a year. I use it for checks all the time.
