Is this fact or speculation?

1) The extension of the TTA of the MTA as announced in the 8K recently is precisely what it says: a date change of the original capture period Aug 5, 2010 to Feb 5 2012 to Aug 5, 2010 to Feb 5, 2014; a net change of an additional 2 years. There is no new consideration, monies, royalties, however you wish to categorize it from this ammendment. The only other change is that AAPL agrees to prosecute any new patents coming forth in this extended period as before.
