ANTS has got some serious problems. If anyone hasn't called the Stock Transfer Agent yet I suggest you do. It's a real wakeup call when you here, "This # has been disconnected"
Multiple court actions and no capital. How the heck do you go to court with no money. Court actions, lawsuits and such will bankrupt a pennystock company that has funding but one with none has no hope.

That is what I was thinking. IMO that could delay the CE removal if there were files in those boxes that are needed to complete the filings ... this is just speculation on my part but makes since.
