IMO your not going to move VFIN. VFIN is always on top during times of heavy dilution telling me VFIN is Kay. This is yet more dilution which started with Kay's cc pr because Kay knows pre-cc brings in buyers. For all we know this cc could be Kay announcing a r/s telling us it is good for the company and it takes money to build a company and that it is good so buy more.
