the obvious conclusion is he expects something very positive to happen within the next two weeks. if it doesn't happen, then he may re-evaluate.
obviously, if this positive thing does happen within the next two weeks, he will make loads of money by the end of august.
i honestly don't see where there is any confusion, and how it could be misconstrued as anything but a positive message.

That comment about not selling for at least 2 weeks, killed USPR today. Maybe the iceman wanted to cause selling, so himself and others could pick up shares?
