Obviously this email is overwhelmingly positive...

However, I see a chink in the armor "I WILL NOT SELL. FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS AND IF I DO I WILL LET U KNOW"

Just before he says that he says he thinks we will make loads of money on this by the end of August.

The end of August is more than 2 weeks away. Is he not going to hold out at least till then?
