Maybe. However, a few months ago I posted I picked up over 1m shares at .0045. Well, I sold all but 515 shares at .007 over the last couple weeks, so that may explain some volume.

the volume is a nice first step, but it looks like the bid is now starting to follow. definitely a deviation from the norm here, but its anyone's guess as to why.
