Someone who has thousands $$$ worth of $HBRM would think nothing of paying $5 to paint the pps up @ EOD to make the chart look pretty. It's very common, in fact.

And visa-versa, someone looking to load up cheaper will constantly cut the pps down EOD, while bid sitting.
