The bands are tight because there is no volitility and the trading range is soooo tight. There's still no volume. When volume hits, it's gonna pop hard. I still think there's news coming this week and thats what's going to cause the break. It's boring, but not concerning to me.
When it breaks, the bands are going to widen up quick. You can typically watch the lower band for an indication of when to start taking profits. When it starts to curl up, the initial run is coming to an end.
