I don't think so. That's not how small claims court works, or what it's intended for. Nor do I think there's any comprehensive national list of small claims cases. The plaintiff pays a small fee to file, and must represent himself. When his case comes up he spends a few hours in court. Usually the judge decides the case very quickly, sometimes immediately.

The defendant could try to get the cases merged, but I'm not sure that would work. And he'd have somehow to have it moved to Federal court.
