It is improbable that Wave could be at a more promising epicenter, one that ties together government and business and all those people associated. I am going back for my third read. hnstabe

DFAR should have absolutely nothing to do with the roll out of this technology except that of course all vendors wishing to sell to the government would have to comply with its rules of fairness and integrity in the entire procurement cycle i.e. RFQ, RFI, purchase, etc....
