I wonder if some people will decide to sue him in small claims court. That would in many ways be more effective than a class action. He'd have to defend a lot of little suits all over the country.
I don't think Jerry is going to be able to blame others with that damning complaint. I suppose he'll say that NITE and the ENSSFM hijacked his trading accounts and all the evidence that the SEC has is fabricated. He'll probably say he lost a ton of money and this has hurt him so deeply because the "family" is gone. I'm predicting crocodile tears, victim hood and general douchebaggery in his response to the SEC. None of it will matter. As soon as the DOJ decides to act, he'll be spending 20 years in a FPMINA prison with a guy named bubba for a cell mate. It's a far cry from that McMansion he bought with his ill gotten gains.
