Yes, I would be very pleased to have a RS at $1.00 per share up to $5.00 per share to get on the NASDAQ board. With a NASDAQ listing the SP has significantly more upside than being an OTC Bulletin Board company controlled by the MMs.
Jacked, to clarify, it was said that the RS could/may/ be considered at one point in the future if needed to get on the NASDQ. They ABSOLUTLY have no plans or discussions of a R/S.
