I don´t understand why some debt included in first classes of POR should be discharged with a 21% payment and the last classes would survive receiveing equities with a possible 100% FV.

I am glad someone is catching on...

Senior creditors are entitled to their entire allowed claim. Nothing will trickle until they are paid off in FULL, that includes any stock distribution.

If they are not paid in full, then no one else is getting anything.
