Why? Because they would have to purchase the stock back you silly as all the shares of ANY float are either owed by people in the market or MMs, right? If you equate a "float lock" to being all of the float being on the open market... then yes, it is float lock... and so is every other stock in the universe.
Float lock is when all of the shares are owned and the MMs have to jack the price because nobody is willing to sell them. Well, I am willing to sell 1/2 of mine at a price that isn't that much off of what it reached a few weeks ago. 15-25 up or down intraday is no biggie at these levels and my watch board is full of them.
In order for float lock to happen, there have to be no shares to buy and sellers that are not willing to sell.... but there are plenty of shares to buy and my price for selling 1/2 has come reasonably close the past few weeks.
I am sure there are plenty of flippers who bought yesterday and are taking profits today. It is not that hard to temporarily push prices up or down in the pennies, is it? Plenty of shares here to sell... and if it is locked, you should put in a big order to push the price up so I can sell... since it is locked.
Most people know that this company, from a financial perspective, sucks... and it can be proven by the pps, the os, NO FLOAT LOCK, I can't even get rid of my shares and even the most loyal of followers have abandoned ship here. Most people here recognize that the execs have pooped on shareholders and continue to crap on us. Our loyalty is paid off in deception and dilution.
The window for following through on what they said they are going to do is not yet past, but getting there, imo. At the rate that the company is floundering financially, it may start to show in the product loyalty as well... not because we make a big difference, but because if they can't even pay the dang mailman, how do they expect to make a profit?
It is of my opinion right now that I think there is a 30% chance of them even wanting to be on the big boards (more of a dog and pony show to raise money) and the odds go down IMO of them actually making it. Still odds enough for me to stay here, but not by much. This turd in a pile of turds is looking more turdy every day.
