Good post. They are following the letter of the law in taking a public company private.IN mY OPINION. I could not understand the telegraphing a RS just before good earnings and for that amount.Figure in 4.2% stake to start?? and sweet heart HUGE amounts of shares with antidilution and you have a real tell here.I would have sworn they would have reassured sharesholders by MONam if not the case.NOTHING. I also wonder who bought the shares a couple of weeks ago and now keeps the price up with little to no shares?

I have believed in the stock out of pure thought they want to grow sharholder value and I have seen ways to do it and they have not YET done the moves it takes. I will watch and see if they do and jump on if I will.should not be to late at that point.I hope they do for all longs sake.

I was as loyal as they come.They had to talk to us after the 8k's and did not.I have NO CHOICE BUT TO READ a lack of concern
