Feels like .0015 to me over time. The rooster could crow at any time with the usual claims but the shares are doomed to move lower. Shocked that we haven't heard from him sooner. My guess is that even he has gotten nervous about the outlandish claims made. I wonder if the investors, who I assume make up some of the Directors, are pressuring for their tradable shares and answers on the lack of vision. The last releases were made because of OTC requirements and showed how pathetic the management is....671 dollars in sales.
The price should trade at a discount to the price of their only asset, the formulas. They claimed to have payed a million or so, although the financials are not audited. One. Billion. Shares outstanding and you get clos to the .001 level. If they can prove and sustain some value added management then the levels adjust higher. Doubtful from what I have been able to discover and recent performance.
