That is quite a damning complaint and I don't know how he or his lawyers could argue any kind of defense. It's a tough read for those of us that fell for that line of BS.

I wonder if a civil suit could be filed by ex-Den members. And to that extent, to whom do his $2.4 million proceeds get disgorged to?
