Excellent post falconer, could you explain how a Business Development Company works? Basically, I just want to know how the cash flows of AMEPS holdings flow to AMEP and ultimately to the share price. Thanks.

Falconer, thanks for the well thought out post, backed by considerable DD, and opinions based on reasonable factors.
It should be clear to anyone reading your post, that the recent Ideco big rig acquistion has graduated AMEP status to a Junior O&G company that can drill on it's own uninterupted schedule ...until the entire 7,000 acres over a 100% blanket formation of the Barnett is drilled and producing NG and Oil.
You should post more often to share your knowledge and reasoned thoughts. It would be nice if you could copy that post to the AMEP RB board.
GLTY falconer, great post.

Nice run down on this company Falconer. Certainly looks promising. I have wanted to find a low priced oil stock with superb opportunities. Looks like AMEP may be the one.

AMEP 300% overvalued. Using our proven production only amep is worth a value of about .025 cents. The rig put extreme spec value in the stock, so dont for one second think amep is undervalued here. The only way we wouldnt be is if we owned 100% of the mineral rights. But will the "dd gods" chime in on aour royalty %? As a message board analyst I know the answer, it is hush hush.

Lets get some important points real clear here. I see amep overvalued before the rig the value was .025 right now maybe .03. But if we hit a couple targets we are easily looking at .30 - .40 this year.

I read someone on another board claiming a rig has personality, Barney Stone has personality. A rig tells a story of how it has been treated. This rig comes from Mexico and let me tell you with 100% certainty mechanical things in Mexico are mistreated.

hey Rick, read your post before the removal. Im still trying to figure why amep would contract out our rig
..snip from last pr
Not only does this give the company the ability to use the rig on Bend Arch Petroleum's own drilling projects but management will now be able to contract the rig to other oil and natural gas operators for high drilling prices.
..

when we are in the "hot Barnett" as many tout. I wish one of the dd gurus would explain why we would go elsewhere for contract when what we need is to fill our acreage.
