Well since their theme a decade ago was BIG blimp stratosphere and over the years it's gotten smaller and smaller with less and less altitude and weight requirements due to failure after failure , they should just scrub the whole government thing cuz they ain't gonna buy I to it. Sooner or later it'll mutate to an r/c novelty in a box to serve parties, weddings, and kids that lack a perception reaction time necessary to fly real r/c's.
