No reason you can't tell us the teaser information here. What is it? Why did the person tell you, if confidential? How can you add validity to any of your statements including this one? If you cannot support this claim, then your posts become mere bashing for bashing's sake, most would concur.
But, although the Fishers and bashers here have come up with floating barrels, drunks, old divers, desperate people, 40 miles of scattered debris, stealing and no arrests given that stealing....maybe this one this time could be the truth.
Just never know, as people wait a year to come forward with info that either does or doesn't check it, is or isn't plausible, and the judge bites every time, regardless.
I have a million shares based on a guy who cannot prove he found the gems, and a company with a new website. My stake isn't great. But "digging deep enough" in this case is more akin to finding one more bullsh..tter in the Keys to support either side. And 60 minutes cared little to dig deeper I guess. Yea, that's the beauty of our court system. You are the only one who thinks dragging out cases, until you get the answer you want, not necessarily accuracy or truth, is more important than actual evidence. Or is this, this time, actual evidence?
Just my take on another post that basically says you know nothing, much as we do, for the past year.
However I do agree, it doesn't look good for Jay at this point. ORRV will end up with nothing, but they do have a nice website as a parting gift.
