Count, I understand that information concerning the emerald find was just uncovered and given to the Fisher's Attorney's. I was told what the information is and it is a bombshell.

The information is not hearsay or third party. I am sure that it will be turned over to the defendant during discovery and when it is, I am sure that everyone will read about it on pacer.

In my opinion that is why our Court System works so well. If someone digs deep enough, everything comes out in Court in the end. Now I know why the Fisher's filed their court case and believe me. I have no doubt that they are happy about this information.
I personally don't think ORRV is going to be happy about this new information concerning the emeralds.
